Show training notification emails sent to user
回答済みIt would be helpful if we can show details of any/all training notifications that were sent to users - date, time, subject and SMTP status - as we can with phishing emails.
At present this can only be done by emailing support and requesting that they pull the logs.

I completely agree with your request here, having a way for the administrators to see the status of a phishing email would be very beneficial! I'm sure it would save us a few tickets on the support side as well.
I'm going to go ahead and get this request to our development team for consideration. I'm sure they'll want to think about this item if they haven't already!

I've been searching for this same feature. Yes, i agree, it's a very important feature because we need to be able to tell which user received the Training notification emails and which users did not. Especially when users report that they didn't receive any such email, that way we'll be able to verify and further troubleshoot.

Wow! Is this updated request timely!
We are in the process of figuring out why several Training Notifications never made it to the end-users! (already have an open ticket). It would be VERY VERY VERY helpful to have this information in a similar dashboard as PSTs. I know that showing multiple possible notifications' delivery status on a single dashboard might be a challenge, but I'm sure the KnowBe4 developers are up to the task!

I understand you are hesitant to use the training notification, however, if you submit a ticket to our support team, we will be happy to provide you with the logging information for the sent training notifications.
