Option to send newsletters via platform to users
回答済みLots of good newsletter content from SAC etc in the portal. Would be great to be able to send these out in a campaign via the portal without having to download the PDF and send via Outlook. It would make sense if you offer a way to email staff via the platform through phishing emails that allowing the option to send them newsletters through the platform would be a good idea.

Hi Gerry,
Thanks for sharing this with us! I've gone ahead and added it as a feature request to our product team. Great suggestion! If there's other details you'd like to add to this, feel free to share them with us here so we can add it. :)
Cheers,
Kaiser

Hello Chris,
Sorry to hear that you've been waiting for this item for so long. Unfortunately, we don't have a timeline, priority, definite chance of implementation on any of these items. I'll make sure to let the development team know that we have continued requests for this item! I appreciate you following up and contributing to the community board!

You might consider attaching these newsletters to custom phishing templates and sending them out with a non-reporting phishing campaign. See "How to Set up a Security Hints and Tips Campaign" for how this campaign could be set up. Though, come to think of it, I don't think you can select specific attachments to include on these templates, just the file type and name. Allowing this might be a good approach to solving this problem.

I can't believe that another 18 months has gone by and this still isn't a thing. If you can already select items from the modstore, what is so hard about being able to select a newsletter item that is in the same Modstore?
KnowBe4 is a great platform, but it is lacking so many simple things like this. Very frustrating. -
Hi Gary,
I do understand your frustration and apologize that this has not been implemented yet. I will, of course, submit another feature request to our development team to show them that the ability to send newsletters through a phishing campaign is an in-demand feature.
In the meantime, although it is not exactly what you want, you could consider downloading the PDF and then uploading it to our console as a policy. This would allow you to send a training campaign with the newsletter content. You would probably want to make it optional, but that is up to you.
If you have any questions about that, I recommend submitting a ticket with us. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience!
Thanks,
