Phish Alert button not showing on some machines and showing on others

We have Office 365 and have found the on some machines the button shows and then on others it doesn't.   Does anyone have an ideas on how to get it to show on all machines

  Hi Dorothy,

  I'm sorry to hear there's some issue with a full deployment! While the members of our board are welcome to chime in, I've created a ticket for you with our tech team so they can offer more insight and support. There are some details that we need to gather on your particular type of PAB (Phish Alert Button) that are necessary to determine where the deployment is stopping.
