Flexible search and selection options in Store Purchases section

I greatly miss the ability to work effectively and efficiently with the content in the Store Purchases. E.g. being able to see and select purchases that are in a given language or has a specific target group. So - why dont you implement at least the same search function here as you have in the ModStore. Would appreciate if I easily could see on the screen what languages or target group and length a specific piece of content has.
