PAB O365 add-in - UX issues
回答済み1. Admin center provides the capability to add text after submit for phishing campaign and real phishing emails. However in the O365 addin this text appears for less than a second and disappears as the task pane closes automatically. Provide a timed delay for task pane closure or add a manual close step.
2. Task pane opens and the button reads "Phish Alert". There is no way to edit this text as an admin. "Phish Alert" is not an action, propose:
a. Change button text to "Submit" or add admin center (or manifest file) ability to adjust button text
b. Add admin center (or manifest file) functionality to add text to the task pane for user to see before clicking submit

Hi Marcus,
For your first issue regarding the PAB message disappearing too quickly, I've submitted a feature request on your behalf.
As for your request for the option to change the text on the button, I believe you do have the ability to do so depending on your mail client and which version of PAB you are using. I've created a ticket on your behalf so that support can better assist you. You will receive an email shortly confirming the creation of the ticket. A member of our support team will then reach out to you.
Thanks!
Maddy

I'll add my vote for the feature request of adding a timed delay/manual close of the notification text for users.
Before moving to Office 365, we deployed the Outlook add-in. This version of the PAB would pop up a window containing the notification text, and would require the user to click "OK" before the window would close. The O365/Exchange Online version should function the same way.

I'll throw my hat in on this as well. I had asked for something similar back when we deployed in April. This is a UX/UI feature that would be immense help. We constantly get calls from users on if they did the right thing or what happened to the message. They have no idea because the message is gone as quickly as it appears. With PhishER we have been able to mitigate some of the calls but anything that was a simulated phishing email still leaves them with no response.
Either we need the ability to customize the delay before closing, a close button for the slide out action window, or the ability to send a response message to someone from the KnowBe4 side letting them know they passed.
