Agreed.   I setup the clicker training to last 2 weeks.  I've got a half dozen people who didn't complete this.  Seems like the training should stay with them until done.  It shouldn't take time to manage this process.  I could have it email me so I know they missed the deadline but I'd still have to go in and reset them and then email them to say please get this done.  To manual.  Needs attention by KnowBe.

  Hello Mike,

  I wanted to follow-up on your feature request to allow users to complete training after the deadline. We have now released this feature in the KnowBe4 console. If you would prefer to allow the users to complete their training after the deadline you set, follow the steps below:

  1. Log into the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training platform.

  2. Go to the Training tab

  3. Create a campaign or click the drop down for an existing campaign and select edit

  4. Select the option 'allow assignments to be complete after due date'

  5. Ensure to create the campaign after making your other required selections or update an existing campaign

  Mike, I believe there are already features in place for your request. You can add reminds to the campaign for the user as well as their manager. You can make yourself the manager or I bet you can use one of the custom fields if the manager field is already in use.
