Separate SotW and Hints & Tips from Phishing Campaigns
回答済みWhile using the same interface makes setup easy, I think it would be good to separate Non-PST emails like Scam of the Week and Hints & Tips from the actual Phishing campaigns. Since there is no trap to fall into, they dilute our Dashboard graph and occasionally reset our last phish-prone % to an unnatural 0%. (We've had real 0% campaigns and thats fine, but this isn't the same.)

Hi Lee!
Thank you for this input! I will certainly pass this idea along to our Development Team for review.
In the meantime, in order to avoid any potential skewing of your Phish-Prone Percentage, you can select the "Hide from reports" option for these Non-PST campaigns. You'll find this option in the Phishing section of your account, under the "Campaigns" tab. Each campaign has a drop-down arrow to the far right, select this drop-down menu and the "Hide from reports" option will be available.
Thanks again!
Lauren

Hi Lee,
Thanks for your feedback. We were able to sneak that suggestion in to ASAP. You won't see the change in your ASAP (unless you decide to reset your ASAP) but all new programs will see that note regarding hiding the campaign. We've also updated three articles to support that suggestion:
- How to Hide a Phishing Campaign From Reports: https://support.knowbe4.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000440548
- How to Set up A "Scam of The Week" Newsletter: https://support.knowbe4.com/hc/en-us/articles/226314167
- How to Set up a Security Hints and Tips Campaign: https://support.knowbe4.com/hc/en-us/articles/115010414108
Thanks again for the feedback!
