    +1 for the Date format request, as this causes particular issues with notification e-mails for training.  Users get confused by end dates shown in US MM/DD/YY format.  Please ask development to look at this for all your non-US customers.

    Another +1 for this. I gave my users a heart attack yesterday that they had training due in 1 day (05/04/18) where actually it was a month (4th May 2018).

    This is a must have!

    I see you've commented (in March and April) that it's on the roadmap and will be rolled out in the next quarter.  Is this the next quarter?  Do you have a definite date yet? (No pun intended!).

    Hello All,

    We wanted to let you know date and time format enhancements have been added to your console! 

    You now have the ability to change the default date and time in your Account Settings to a 24-hour format, as shown below: 

    • DD/MM/YYYY HH:mm
      • Example: 31/01/2018 14:00

    Please see our Modifying the Default Date and Time Format article for more information.

    Hi ,

    It seems that, even if the new enhancement on Date and Time is ok in the account setting, so I can  set DD/MM/YYYY HH:mm , when i create a new Campaign the DATE is still in the format MM/DD/YY format . It is correct ? ...Thank you for your help. Regards

    Hi Giampaolo,

    The date format in the account setting is applied to any new users that are imported, but not existing - hence your current user probably is still on the old format.

    You need to perform a CSV import with two columns - "email" and "date format". In the email column put the login you are using, and for the date format put "2". Then import this via a CSV import.

    What I usually do is just export ALL users, delete all columns except the "email", then add a new column of "date format" and set a value of "2" against each email. Then re-import the CSV which will make sure ALL users are seeing the same DD/MM/YYYY format.

    Note that the section "Can users change their own settings?" is wrong  as there is no "Profile" button - at least not on the EU platform for a reseller account.
