There are situations within large organizations that share a common email domain, which create confusion and possible difficulties in deploying KnowBe4 phishing and training.
For example in government departments or large multi-national companies with multiple subsidiaries that all use a consolidated email domain, all KnowBe4 administrators within the organization can currently see all employees/users, and are able to launch campaigns could that affect any email addresses within the entire organization. For some of these organizations, their administrators do not want any other internal divisions or departments to be able to see or edit campaigns that could affect their users.
So, a delegated administration model is needed, at the very least. This would allow a "master administrator" for an email domain to allocate group administrators for different groups of employees, such that the group administrators can only see employees associated with them, or uploaded/created by them.
