Learner Dashboard - Allow users to see what emails they failed on

You allow managers to see the emails that the user failed, but for some reason you don't let the user themselves see the emails they have failed on.

  I think this sounds like a great idea. It would be great if end-users could see the email and the red-flags via their portal and the learner app.

  100% this would be great. I'm constantly asked by users "What email did I fail? I didn't see anything" and I have to dig it out of their timeline to show them.
