I am trying to figure out the best way to run a report for all users in a specific group (department in my case) to provide to the department manager.
I am looking for report that has the overall group statistics (this is easy with the "Group Report Card") but also then include a table or list of all of the users in that group and how they performed. Running a per user report card is very time consuming and not efficient. As well, I am just looking for a high level report of the users in that group including things like "Emails delivered", "Failures", "Emails Reported", "Training Completed" etc.
Anyone know the best way to create a report with this type of information? Something easily presented to a manager so they can quickly see overall group (department) performance and then a user list to see how each user is performing?
