PAB - Known Good Senders

It would be helpful to be able to create a list of senders, subject lines, and or header criteria for the Phish Alert Button so that when a user attempts to report a "Known Good Email" they can receive a message that this email has been deemed "Likely Safe" or "Known Good".

An option to still report the email should still be included, but this could significantly cut down on the amount of business as usual emails which are reported on a daily basis.

  Hello Chris,

  Thank you for posting to the community board. The ability to automatically disposition an email as safe and to inform the user is already a feature of our PhishER product. I will link below our PhishER product manual:

  You can create rules within PhishER which are logical expressions that allow you to automatically disposition and tag messages in your PhishER Inbox. The assigned tags trigger PhishER to run actions on the messages.  Each action is a configurable process that PhishER follows to manage messages in your PhishER Inbox.
