Top Level API Token

It would be great to have a top-level API key that allows to query all client / sub org data.  Right now, if I want to query usage for all 200 clients (for billing or reporting purposes) I have to setup 200 API calls with 200 different keys.  That is not efficient or scalable... Any other platform we use allow us to query all sub clients in our "tenant" of the platform for this exact reason.
