It would be great to be able to sync my users directly with our G Suite account.

Any update on this? Syncing users from G Suite would be super helpful. SAML is great and we already use that but want to be able to add users from G Suite Directory to avoid double entry.

+1 to this request. Will be doing dumping users from G Suite into KnowBe4 via CSV... but ideally, as our employee base grows/changes I would like to not have to maintain a separate mirror of the users on KnowBe4 manually. I do plan to leverage the SAML side for auth... so thanks for those docs.

We'd also like to see this feature, or a similar feature for greater user account lifecycle management features that are not Active Directory specific. There are many providers that support SCIM for account management. Thank you.

This thread has been rolling for years, its a complete pain and leave orphaned accounts in KnowBe4 when our userbase changes.

I assume at this point the feature request has been reviewed and rejected by the Dev/Product team?

I can assure you that this item has been reviewed by our development team. I, unfortunately, can not speak to if they have made the decision to implement and if they have, in what stage that implementation is in.

I will make sure to create an additional feature request on the item so that the development team knows that this is still being requested!

Checking for an update. We're looking at implementing the phishing button...and it's hard to believe that Google can't be used as a source for users.

This would be a great feature. Right now I have to manually reconcile leavers and new hires to KnowBe4. It is slow and often I miss something. Since we prefer to do monthly phishing test, this means I spend 2-6 hours each month reconciling users, double checking my work and still finding after training or testing is deployed that I missed something.

We need Google Directory sync. Virtually all of our other vendors have it.
