Weak Password Settings

We use AD Password policies, it has been recommended by an auditor to set user password defaults to 14 and service accounts longer.  It would be nice to be able set the requirements of the test.  This would test to see if your policies are working and be able to test admin and service accounts that should be set with stronger criteria.
