    I see that the vishing campaigns can be spread out over several days, but is there any way to make sure that no more than 1 vishing call takes place at any given time so we do not tie up our phone lines?

    Hi Jason,

    Thanks for contributing to the community board. The vishing campaign dials users at random and each call is placed 20 seconds apart. There is currently no way to adjust this. I have submitted a feature request on your behalf directly over to the development team to review adding this functionality in the future.
