Email sender's name in templates

When creating the mail templates, I can change the sender email address to my own, but I cannot supply my name.  (e.g.  johndoe@example.com instead of John Doe <johndoe@example.com>).  This means that users will get an email that does not quite match my typical email address.  Ironically, this is a sign of phishing, correct?

  Hi Eric,

  You can add a sender's name to the email templates and it will appear similarly to how you've indicated in your post. If you chose not to include a sender's name, and typically emails from you do contain a sender's name, then yes, you could say that would be a red flag for your users.
