Email Notification at time of Phish Failure

Hi there, I was hoping you guys could add the ability to notify a particular Admin, or perhaps the group (though targeting would be better for this) at the time a user failure a phish.  The idea behind this is I want to be able to follow up with a user as soon they click or open an attachment to try to get the most accurate idea of what was happening at the time that gave them confidence that it was safe.  Trying to build some situational awareness as a company and find trends.  I see someone had a similar request years ago (link at the bottom) but it still hasn't been built in.  Hoping you can add this feature natively without needing a complex workaround.  Thank you!

  Hello Jon,

  Thank you so much for posting! I read through that previous thread as well. I can completely understand the benefits of sending a notification to a particular admin after a registered fail for phishing instead of creating a whole training campaign.

  At this time, the workaround Doug commented on that thread is still the best way for accomplishing something similar to this. However, I did go ahead and find that feature request to add your thoughts as a +1 on the request too!
