modstore - introduce an "english (all)" filter

When I need content that is available in German and English, I can set a checkbox that all found material needs to be available in all checked languages. However, there is "english (all)", only english US, GB, NZ and AUS. However, there is no language that contains all others, so from my point of view, it makes sense to integrate another filter option that contains all available english filters.
