Add Multiple Actions from an Action item

It would be nice to be able to select multiple items from the 'Choose how you would like to report this action' step in a PhishER action. It would be helpful to be able to send the reporter an email and report the category to KMSAT or send an email and a webhook via a single action item.  Basically, just change the radio button to a multi-select checkbox on step 3 of any action.

  This feature would be incredibly beneficial and allow for additional use cases for actions. Prime example is the ability to send a response email in addition to sending a reported email to a webhook or syslog server for internal review/reporting.
