Vendor Management Questionnaire - Require Attachments and/or Comment in response

Can you please provide the capability of making Comments or Attachments required for questionnaires in the Vendor Management Module.   Having to go back and create "issues" when a vendor doesn't attached documentation is inefficient when it could of just been required from the beginning.

  No problem, I'll submit this feature request on your behalf! I can see the use of absolutely requiring documentation for certain questions. While feature requests are not guaranteed, they are always collected and considered when we make updates to the various modules of KCM GRC. You can follow our Change Log here for official updates.
