End User Training

Does anyone have an elegant way of advising users they do not need to go out to their Quarantine location or their spam folder and submit Emails found within these locations to PhishER? I have users that are going through their spam folders and their quarantine and submitting emails that Microsoft has deemed spam into PhishER.
