Questionnaire segment dividers

Our third-party service provider risk assessment questionnaire that we used prior to our KCM implementation is formatted in segments, where each segment is clearly separated from the next with a color-filled divider (in an xls file). The sections, for example, administrative profile, privacy, security management, etc.

In KCM, it would be awesome if I had the means to divide the questionnaire into meaningful segments by inserting a divider that is:

• Color fillable
• Editable (for the label)
• Able to include an image (this is a long shot, but I might as well ask!)

  That's a fantastic idea. Segmenting the questionnaires in a visible and clear way would definitely improve the process of creating and answering questionnaires.
