Custom Reports for Managers

Our managers are asking for the ability to see their own employee's training progress / completion as well as their employee's phishing stats. It would be beneficial for this type of dashboard/role.

I saw your earlier post about this in another thread. I went ahead and in addition to having managers see their employee's training status, I also tacked on the ability to your feature request to have them be able to pull reports as well. Thank you for your contribution. Ideas like this are what help us improve our product!

Ditto the other users. Managers at all levels of the organization want access to see their direct reports' training and phishing info in addition to the ability to see the organizational dashboard. Giving managers visibility into their staff's status and having them enforce compliance, instead of IT, spreads the responsibility of cybersecurity throughout the organization. Plus, we can't allow supervisors in one department to see an individual's info in other departments, so the generic reporting account for "all users" won't work for us.

Yes I'd like to see this feature too. Even better is if managers-of-managers have the choice to see their direct reports status or broaden it to see their reporting structure all the way down the tree. i.e. a Director could have dozens of people reporting to him/her, and then the Director reports to a VP. If the VP has multiple direct reports, then the VP will often want to know about their whole division's status so they can help come down on stragglers.

I hope that this will be beneficial for both Admins and Managers to view information such as their team members’ training progress, phishing results, and a combined Team Risk Score.

When will the Team Dashboard support showing details for all individuals, including those whose reporting depth is greater than one? Example: Executive Director views Dashboard and sees aggregate results for their Directors, the Managers reporting to those directors, the Team Leads, and all the Workers under them.

@Sean Thomas, I agree. Upvoted. This is the endgame. Not having this option makes the interface more cumbersome. I could see others only want one level deep but all levels down we would be super beneficial for different structures.
@Nick Bertram, Do we need to submit something separate for Sean's ask?

Was there ever a new request put in to add additional depth to the team dashboard? Example: My directors want to see everyone that is underneath them in the org chart. This would cut down on our admins having to run month reports for the directors, as we do monthly phishing tests.

Yes, there was a request placed to add further depth to the team dashboard. I agree that many organizations would benefit from the directors being able to see everyone underneath them rather than just the direct reports. I have added you as a +1 to that request.
