KMSAT Exception has been thrown
After restarting my computer and opening Outlook, I get a KMSAT error "Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. Error code: 0x80131604". I'm running KnowBe4 Phish Alert v1.3.98, Outlook 2016, and Windows 10. The exception was raised on earlier versions of Phish Alert and persists after updating Phish Alert to v1.3.98.
