Self-Motivated On-Demand Training Without Campaign

I would like to follow-up on this request and add that we would like to make certain training available to self-motivated individuals outside of a campaign. So basically we could add training from the modstore to a "self-help" or "recommended" list that employees could optionally pick from if they were so inclined. Ideally, if they complete a course on their own and it was later added to a formal training campaign, they would still receive credit for it and not have to retake it. As a bonus, if we could send a direct link to particular training content on an ad-hoc basis (obviously authentication still required), that would be very helpful so you wouldn't have to spin up a campaign for one or two people who have a special interest or would like supplementary training on a particular topic.

I've passed this information along to our Product and Development teams for review. While I can't provide a timeline or guarantee that this feature request will be implemented, we are making many enhancements to our Learner Experience (LX) platform this year!
We do take customer input into consideration when planning for new features or enhancements to our product line. Therefore, your feedback is greatly appreciated!

I'll add my vote to this feature request. I'd love to allow my more motivated users to browse a list of our "purchased" modules and work through any training modules they would like.
Currently I've got a "Recommended (Not Required)" training campaign that has my "All Users" group assigned to it. This is a workaround at best, and clutters up the training interface for users who have been assigned to another training campaign.

For anyone following, in March of this year KB4 launched the following feature which ticks some of the boxes of this request:
- We have released our new Optional Learning feature. You can now provide users with extra training from the ModStore that is not required. Optional learning will be listed in the Library tab of the Learner Experience. For more information, see our Optional Learning Guide.
