Hello,

 

I would like to automatically notify a user's manager if they fall for a phishing test (clicking on a link/opening attachment).

  Note:

  If you setup a Smart Group to automatically assign your users for remedial training - you can have the training invitation also send one to the manager. Its wonky but it works.

  Any updates?  I would like to notify a user's manager upon a phishing test failure and I would also like to the ability to report to the manager the user's number of failures in the last X months where X is customizable.

I have, however, added your suggestions to the request as a +1 to the feature request. This way we can let the development team know of the continued interest in it.

  I think it'd be helpful for a manager to get a preview of the email their employee failed on as well, maybe as a link to the KnowBe4 portal, along with the red flags shown so the manager can reinforce to the employee what to watch for.  Our managers have regular 1 on 1 meetings so this would be more helpful than just the manager getting a generic "enrolled in training campaign" email like they get today.  IT Admins can spearhead these initiatives but let's give the managers some tools to assist.
