Email on Training completion

We would appreciate an email to the account Admins reporting training completion. This would allow us to know interactively during the day as people complete their training and facilitate timely further action.

  Hi Laura,

  Thank you for your contribution to the help desk community board! Actually, the console is currently capable of sending automated notifications to both admins and managers (and users) when users finish training! 

  You'll set this up when you're creating your training campaigns. At the bottom of the Create New Training Campaign page, you'll click the +Add Notification button, select Campaign Completion from the Notification type drop-down menu, then use the Admin checkbox to automatically send this notification to account admins when users complete their training assignments.
