We just deployed the Phish Alert plugin and we too were disappointed to find it didn't work in Outlook for iOS.  Definitely something we want!

Indeed, to us Outlook is Outlook, I would want the Alert button oni where I access Outlook.  The other disappointment is I can't seem to deploy it Outlook inside Citrix environment either.  Anyone has success there ?

Any Development on this? We have a lot of outside users that a mobile device is their main mode of contact due to phones being ubiquitous. We have already added this button to our organization and would like to see this available on mobile devices as we have had 4 uses get hit with Phishing attempts and 2 that were successful in their payload.

    Hi all,

An update for those that have requested this in the past: The PAB for Outlook Mobile (Android/iPhone) is planned for release this year. Unfortunately, I cannot give a specific timeline as it may change, but we are certainly planning it for this year.

    Thank you for your requests!

I hope this comes out soon. This is very much needed especially with the number of people who check the email on their phone.  I can't wait to test it.

If there is a beta on this available, I would love to join as well. Most of our users access their mail exclusively through mobile apps.

    Hi Tim!

Great news! Our newest version of the server-based installation of the Phish Alert Button (PAB)–which is designed for Office 365 and the Outlook Mobile App (for iOS and Android)–has been officially released! The download file is available from your Account Settings, in your KnowBe4 admin console.

Please see our full, Phish Alert Button product manual, here. This article includes a compatibility matrix for all of our PAB versions.
Once you've confirmed your organization's setup is compatible, see our Phish Alert Button Guide for the Outlook Mobile App (iOS and Android) and Office 365 for installation instructions.

If you have any questions feel free to reach out to our Support team, here

    Thank you!

Our PAB deployment works fine for iOS if you are using Outlook App on iPhone, but does not work for Outlook App on iPAD. Weird. Cant see the Office 365 plugin at all. Anyone faced this problem?

    Hey Pratul,

Thanks for reaching out about this! I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the PAB on your iPads. I've created a ticket for our tech team to work on this with you so we can get to the bottom of it together. They will reach out soon via the ticket I created for you, under your email.

    Thank you so much,
