use 24-hour to display time instead of am/pm

Request from one of my clients:

The usage of AM/PM is not very custom in most countries in Europe. We are using the 24-hour clock to display time.

  Hi Herbert,

  I wanted to follow up on your feature request regarding being able to use a 24-hour time display. We have now implemented the feature to allow you to select whether you want to use a 12 or 24 hour display for time. You can change the default time display for any individual users, as well as within your account settings.
