Phish-prone Metrics - average across all customers

We're working on developing a recurring metric around our users that have a greater than 5% failure rate over the past 6 months, which is easy enough. We would like to compare this against an average of all KnowBe4 customers to compare against how we're doing as an organization.
I understand percentages and numbers can be difficult to standardize across such a wide range of customers but some sort of average failure metric would be useful for comparison.

  I wanted to provide an update on your feature request regarding comparing your phish prone percentage to other KnowBe4 customers. We have released a feature that will allow you to compare your phish prone percentage to other customers based on the industry, company size, and program maturity. You can read more on this feature in this article.
