We have an issue where attachments do not always result in the user being taken to our custom landing page.  They get flagged for opening the attachment, but they are none the wiser that they've been a part of the test.

It would be very useful to be able to select the types of email we'd like to go out.  Links, Excel Attachment, PDF Attachment, etc.

Currently we have to go into system templates and just hide the ones with attachments.

  Thanks for your request! I will send it to our development team for review. We base a lot of our features and updates on customer feedback so we do appreciate your input.

  Just a side note, attachments on phishing tests will only take a user to a designated landing page if they are attachments with macros. So that is what you will want to use if you'd like to take the user to a landing page after they fail.

  We would also like this. We have an issue where no matter what we do, O365 inevitably strips some of the attachments. This results in bogus stats.

  Hi John,

  I've added your note to the initial feature request I placed for this so we can increment the number of requests. We do have a document you can access to see what attachments are blocked in Office 365, if that helps.

  As a workaround, I would recommend searching for only the acceptable types of attachments while under the System Templates tab and copying them to a separate category under My Templates. This way, you can only use the attachments that work well with your environment.
