Add ability to turn off account creation via SSO

While the option can be turned off without SSO, once SSO / SAML is enabled knowbe4 will automatically create an account if a user without one attempts to login. This gets messy if name changes are processed without updating knowbe4.

 

Adding azure provisioning would help quite a bit.

  Great news! You now have the capability to use our Active Directory Integration (ADI) with Azure Active Directory Domain Services!
