Make KnowBe4 User-centric rather than Event-centric

Hi there, I know this is a big one, but across three campaigns I have found the campaign-based model somewhat frustrating.  Each time I want to run a new campaign, there is no way to immediately tell what users have failed, how many times, what training they have completed, etc.  I have to gather reports from each individual campaign and compile them.  This is quite a bit of work!

However, if KnowBe4 changed to a user-centric model, where users are tracked according to their performance and training completion, it would be much easier to target users for specific training or phishing activity.  

Maybe I'm crazy, but I think this would make KB4 much more user-friendly.  Thanks for reading!

  Hi Keith,

  I wanted to follow up on your feature request regarding being more user-centric in reporting. We have released Advanced Reporting, which allows you to pull reports based on users, providing a report card. Additionally, it will allow you to easily pull reports across multiple phishing and training campaigns rather than needing to individual go into each campaign.
