Send email messages to users/groups from KnowBe4
MegválaszoltI would like the ability to send ad hoc email messages to individual users, whole groups, or even everyone from inside of KnowBe4 so that the email looks like it is coming from the system.

What was the solution for this ? I am interested in performing a similar task.
I have created groups for specific users who have been enrolled but have NOT completed their training within a specific timeframe.
I want to send out emails every so often to those users remind them of their outstanding security training awareness training.

Hi Michael!
Thank you for your participation in our community board! In regards to Daniel's original comment: "I would like the ability to send ad hoc email messages to individual users, whole groups, or even everyone from inside of KnowBe4 so that the email looks like it is coming from the system."
The feature that Katie hinted about above ("another new feature that will give you even more flexibility with notifications from the console") is still on our roadmap. However, back in March, we released enhancements for training campaigns that allow admins to either manually or automatically send notifications to users who have missed their deadline, to remind them of their outstanding training. Please see our How to Modify Training Deadlines article for more information.
If you'd like, follow our Change Log so you can be notified of our latest releases!
Thanks again!

Michael,
You should be able to schedule recurring reminders in the training campaign. You don't have to create groups for that. KB4 manages it for you. You can also send additional messages manually to anyone enrolled that hasn't finished thru the campaign. My problem is you can only send predefined messages from the templates. I would like to send ad hoc messages. When I really need to I just create a one-off
Thanks,
Daniel
