When we roll out a training campaign we attached policies for our users to accept as well. But we are finding that this is missed over and over again and then we have to chase the users to log back in and acknowledge it. Is anyone else having this problem and have any ways around this?
I wanted to provide an update on the feature request for policies. We have released a feature that allows you to create a policy in the console from a PDF and assign it out through a training campaign. This ensures that the user is not marked as completed until after they have read through the policy and acknowledge.

One way you can accomplish this is through our new manual training campaign notifications. We have a notification you can send to all users who have completed training but have not yet acknowledged a policy.

Another great method is to customize the initial/reminder training notifications and add a note, in bold or even red, to let users know that they MUST acknowledge the policy attached to the course in order to fully complete the training.

Yes, we have this issue as well. The manual notifications are the only way we've figured out how to notify our users, but I agree that it would be nice if the system wouldn't allow users to complete their training without acknowledging the policy. Hopefully KnowBe4 will add this capability in the future. When you send out training to over 600 users, it becomes difficult to manage via manual notifications.

We are having the same issue, users forget to acknowledge the policy even with reminders being sent. Has anything been done on the development of a new feature where a user cannot finish their training without acknowledging the policy? I spend a lot of my time just chasing after users.
I apologize for the issues experienced by users not acknowledging their policy agreements. We do have plans this year regarding mandating policy acknowledgments, but I am unable to provide a timeframe for this feature.
However, I've passed your request along to our Development Team for review. We do base much of our development on customer feedback and the frequency of such feedback.

Thanks for your inquiry. The option to attach a policy directly to training content is a retired feature. However, you have the ability to create a policy where the user would need to agree or accept the terms and be recorded in your console.
