    Hi Craig!

Thank you for the request for a Phish Alert add-in for iOS/Android. I will send in a request to our development team on your behalf. Much of our development is based on user feedback, so we appreciate your input.

If you have any other feature requests, please feel free to submit a support ticket or post again here.

    Thanks!

I would like to second that request for a Phish Alert add-in for iOS/Android.

    Thanks!

I am another interested party. Being able to establish a uniform user behavior that is platform independent would be great so we are only sending one message to the users on how to respond.

Any traction on this idea from your dev team?

Add me to the list.   With 80% of our users in the field the option for a phish alert button in IOS would be a great addition.

This is becoming more important to us as more people are getting used to submitting phishing emails.  With so many people reading email on mobile devices, including our CEO and other exec staff who are constantly on the go, having the plugin for Outlook on iOS/Andriod is key to us getting timely alerts of these phishing attempts in a way we can evaluate the headers.

I should add that this is important enough to us that it would be a major deciding factor in switching to a competitors product at renewal time if they have this capability; even if it costs more.

    Hi Craig,

Thank you for your input and for emphasizing the importance of your request for the Phish Alert add-in for Outlook on iOS/Android.  I have submitted additional requests to our development team for the production of a Phish Alert add-in for iOS/Android.  Because much of our new development is based on customer feedback we do appreciate your suggestion.  I have also informed your KnowBe4 Customer Success Manager of the significance of the creation of this add-in so he can be aware of your organization's needs.

    Thank You!

This would be a great feature for our users as well. We have quite a few employees who are predominantly mobile users. I vote for this feature too.

Add me to the list. 95% of the access to our email is done via the Mobile O365 clients. This would be a great benefit for my people.

    Hi Richard,

Thank you for your input! I submitted an additional request to our development team for their review. At this time, this feature has a lot of attention. However, we do not have a timeline set for when this will be implemented. Much of our development is based on user feedback, so we appreciate your thoughts.

    Thank you!

We would also like to request the Mobile device solution.  I just had to explain to the CEO, CIO and CFO that there is no way to protect our company if our employees are using their devices to check emails.  No way to roll over links or other functions available on the PC.

The original request for the iOS / Outlook add-in goes back to March 22, 2017... Hopefully, the developers will  bump it up on their priority list after so many requests.

Eric -  FYI, your end-users can inspect an email embedded link on their phones, without opening it, by pressing and holding the suspect link. A window will pop-up with the actual link visible, as well as an option to copy the link information.

We use the Outlook app here and it would help tremendously if people were able to click the Phish Alert button from their phone!  I think it would drive up our reporting as some users will see a phishing email on their phone, wait to click the Phish Alert button until they get back to their desktop computer, then forget.  We have both iOS and Android users.

    Hi all,

An update for those that have requested this in the past: The PAB for Outlook Mobile (Android/iPhone) is planned for release this year. Unfortunately, I cannot give a specific timeline as it may change, but we are certainly planning it for this year.

    Thank you for your requests!

    Hello All!

If you aren't already aware, our newest version of the server-based installation of the Phish Alert Button (PAB)–which is designed for Office 365 and the Outlook Mobile App (for iOS and Android)–has been officially released! The download file is available from your Account Settings, in your KnowBe4 admin console.

Please see our full, Phish Alert Button product manual, here. This article includes a compatibility matrix for all of our PAB versions.
Once you've confirmed your organization's setup is compatible, see our Phish Alert Button Guide for the Outlook Mobile App (iOS and Android) and Office 365 for installation instructions.

If you have any questions feel free to reach out to our Support team, here

    Thank you!
