    If you click on start and run "outlook.exe /cleanviews" this will resolve the issue, but will also reset all of your Outlook view settings.

    Would like to know if there is a possible different solution so users don't have to lose all of their view settings.

    Not sure what changed but I loaded this for the "5th" time and this time outlook is opening with the plugin without issue.
