Simulated Phishing with attachments are blocked by Defender but counted as "clicked" in the dashboard

Hi,

Our Simulated Phishing with attachments get blocked by Defender but is counted as "clicked" in the dashboard.

Is there any way this can be prevented as it skews the statistics.
