Change Content After Training Campaign Has Started
For ongoing, relative duration training campaigns with automatic enrollment, it would be great if we could change the content after the campaign has already started. Often times content retires and it would be nice to swap it out instead of having to create a new campaign.

Our organization could greatly use this. We are trying to migrate to a globally configured training campaign like our simulated phishing tests. With the testing since it has an option of frequency, the start date recycles giving us a short window to add more companies and change content / settings. Not ideal but at least gives us some wiggle room. This is not available in training. Thus I can not setup remedial training globally and add / remove clients as they on / off board services with us. Therefore, implementation times increase and provides a greater chance for inconsistencies in delivering the feature. Please increase the urgency of the need for this ability to change training post implementation.

+1 for us, as well. Our organization uses standing remedial training for failed tests on recurring phishing campaigns, and with the training content retiring every year, it becomes a coordinating nightmare to start up new training campaigns while the phishing campaigns are ongoing.

+1, I would like to know where you are with this request. It is very difficult to update a training module to replace retired content with updated content when the campaign itself and those who have already completed the training do not need to retake the training just because it is updated.

+1 - this also helps for testing purposes. We have a "test" campaign to test our courses before they go live, and currently I have to keep deleting and creating new campaigns to test new iterations of courses fully, since I can't switch out or add new courses to an existing test campaign.

Currently, the expected behavior is you are unable to change out content once a campaign has kicked off.
