This is probably the most-requested thing I hear from my users regarding the assessments.  I can get them their percentage score, but I want to use it as a learning experience and also help them understand what they did right and what needs a little extra help.

    Hello Jon!

Thanks for reaching out! The SAPA is aimed to ask a variety of different security questions and then pool the results to give you an idea of which section of security is scoring low so you can assign the relevant training or target your simulated phishes to that area. With the SAPA, we don't class users as having failed or passed, the purpose of the assessment is to gather the organization's understanding of security and pool the results for you to have a breakdown of the areas that need addressing. We will rate their score percentage but we don't have a list of wrong or right answers to provide. You're able to export their score % from the campaign data but we don't recommend sharing this with the users, the purpose is for the admins to view the collated results to launch simulated phishing and training campaigns on certain areas. Other than the score %, there's no method of being able to get a per-user or group breakdown on the different knowledge areas, you may want to look at potentially assigning the SAPA on a group or departmental basis if you'd prefer to narrow the results down. Normally it's launched to the entire organization to assist you in launching your simulated phishing and training. More information on the SAPA can be found here in our support-article: Security Awareness Proficiency Assessment (SAPA). On top of this, I have added a +1 on this feature request for the ability to show users what they got right and wrong on the SAPA. My Best Regards!
