KnowBe4 Security Tips Emails

Thought it was worth mentioning as I’m sure it’s not intended to function in this way but your KnowBe4 Security Tips emails that get sent out are flaggable as phishing using your Outlook alert button. I'm guessing this is due to the inclusion of the X-PHISHTEST and X-PHISH-CRID headers.

  Hi there,

  Thank you for the report. The presence of the X-PHISH-CRID header is the issue.  I will submit a feature request in order to have it removed on those types of emails.
