User Events

Is it possible to manually add User Events without the API?  The User Event API won't connect for me.  I am also not sure what the best tool to connect and update the API would be.  Little to no experience with API programming so I'm looking for any help.  I've gone through the KnowBe4 user event api documentation, and find it lacking.

  Hi Matt, 

  Thank you for posting to our community board. Currently, we don't have a way to manually add User Events to the Events Timeline. I can see how this would be beneficial to have so I’ve submitted a feature request to our development team to see if that is something we can implement. To answer your other question, any API management tool should suffice.
