Custom numbers to Vishing

Hello,

I saw someone post this a month or so ago, but I wanted to expand on it a little bit. I was speaking with a customer earlier and they suggested that having the ability to choose a custom phone number for a specific vishing template would be helpful. For example, if they're getting asked to change their phone pin, they would like to set the number they're being called from to look as "internal as possible". They'd also like to set up local numbers to be called from to make it seem as if they're being called by local businesses/banks.

  This would be a good feature for us in Asia as well. I believe you must have an actual phone number and not able to mask it so it would be acquiring more numbers to call from.  With that, we are in Asia and right now you have US # only Vishing going out from US to Asia is a fairly strong give away. My suggestion would be to get from some other regions in EU and APJC so that users can at least select numbers to use from their region and not just pushing out from the US.  Especially when you are trying to Vishing china residents with a US #... they won't even answer.
