PAB feature request: comment field

When a user is reporting an email via the PAB, an optional text field that allows the end user to provide some information about why they are reporting the message would be great. It could provide some context when evaluating the message in PhishER. For example, sometimes people report our voicemail notifications not because they think the email is suspicious, but because the message is a Vishing attempt. Or if the message is coming from somebody internally or an external sender that the user regularly corresponds with, they can explain why they think it looks suspicious.
