Account Alerts for new features

Anyone else having problems with the alerts for new features (pop-ups on login)  not going away?  I have tried Dismiss on the particular alert; dismiss all; and ok -- that is the only 3 options I have.  It keeps popping up every time I login.

  I've not heard of this on a global scale.
