Report Showing Consecutive Phishing Failures

It would be nice to have a report that would show users who have failed 2x consecutively, 3x consecutively, etc.

  Hey Ashely, 

  Thank you for contributing to our community board. I can see how gathering that data in one location could be a nice report for you. The workaround it to use smart groups to build something a list of repeat offenders but I see you're already implementing that solution.

  With that in mind, I've submitted a feature request on your behalf.

  Any update on this feature, i'm also looking for a report that could provide a list of repeated offenders.
