Deploying the old MSI with SCCM? Anyone done that?

Hello,

We need to deploy the phishing alert button to Office 2013 systems.  Our 2016 upgrade has been stalled so we still have about 14,000 systems with 2013.

Has anyone out there figured out how to push this out with SCCM and somehow get the license key baked in?

I opened the MSI with Orca to see if I can place it somehow but I didn't see anywhere obvious to put it.
