I was wondering if the PAB could be configured as in where it send the email. If we can set it to be able to block sender as well. Could we send it to Junk Email instead of Delete? Can we give option to block the sender all in one place the PAB ? These are the questions and concerns being raise by our management. They want to know what else we can do with the button. They fear the mass emails of the mighty user once they have access to it. Thus if it could be setup a certain way maybe we could help dissolve some of their worries.

  Hi Charles,

  Currently the PAB can be configured to send a reported email via the KnowBe4 Account settings OR if you integrate with the PhishER platform, it will forward there. However, it is worth noting that the configuration of where to report is still located in the same location (seen here)

  If you are interested in inspecting the reported and potential threats with the PAB, this can be done with PhishER (seen here). This particular SOAR platform can significantly reduce the worry and issues raised by end users, as PhishER can be configured to take "actions" and forward emails back to a user with a template to let them know if an email is safe or not based on their report. :)
