Send manager email notification for failed phishing campaign

If a user fails a phishing campaign, can the manager be alerted that the user failed?

Hi Andrew
Thank you for posting to the community board. I can see how that would be beneficial to let the admins know in real-time that a phishing test has been failed. We do not currently have that feature available in the KMSAT console.
In the meantime, as a workaround, a solution that may work for you is to set up a training campaign with notifications and have the user automatically enrolled on failure.
In a phishing campaign, one of our features is the ability to enroll a user into a group on failure as indicated below.
1. In a corresponding training campaign, you will want to enroll the Group that you specified in the phishing campaign in the "add clickers to" dropdown
2. Then you'll want to check the box to "Automatically enroll users that are added to the above groups in the future."
3. Lastly, you'll want to set up welcome training notifications to not only the users but the manager or admin as well.
In this way, the admin gets notified of the failure and has the added bonus of immediately enrolling the failed user into training to correct the behavior as soon as it occurs.
I hope this workaround works for you but I do understand it may not be the functionality you requested so I've submitted a feature request to our development team for that exact item. Our Dev team takes these requests seriously and is very interested in implementing enhancements for our users.
